This special Easter egg was crafted by renowned pastry chef Anne Coruble and is designed as a blossoming flower bud made of chocolate. The egg combines dark chocolate, a milk chocolate ganache infused with vanilla, and a praliné center with buckwheat, almond, and smoked vanilla. "L'Éclosion" is not just a gastronomic masterpiece but also an eco-conscious creation, with sustainable packaging reflecting the hotel's commitment to responsible luxury​
